Working principle:
The series employs the natural convection phenomenon called
“thermosyphon”.
The evacuated tubes convert solar energy into heat energy and
transfers heat to water.
The lighter hot water in tubes rises to the storage tank, while the
cold water at the bottom of the tank flows into the tubes, creating
continuous circulation.
The convection flow will continue as long as the sun is heating the
collector.

Integrative thermosyphon solar heating system is a low pressure
solar water heater which provides basic hot water demand.
This system relies on the natural circulation of water between the
collector and the tank.
As water in the vacuum tubes is heated it rises naturally into the
tank, while cold water in the tank flows down to the bottom of the
vacuum tubes, causing circulation throughout the system.
Features:
1. It is non-pressurized thermosyphon solar water heater with water
tank, and is economical as a natural circulation system.
2. The material of inner tank is SUS304 2B food grade stainless
steel with 0.4mm thickness.
3. The material of outer tank is SUS304 stainless steel with 0.4mm
thickness.
4. The material of stand frame is stainless steel with 1.2mm
thickness. The angle of the frame can be changed in the production
as the local latitude of customers, we can design the suitable
angle for the customers. We also could provide the adjustable
frame.
5. The thickness of polyurethane foam is 55-60mm.
6. It uses vacuum tubes, the water could be heated in the tubes
directly.
7. It is very popular in torrid zone and warm area, such as Asia,
Africa and etc.
8. The installation and maintain is very easy.

heater, assistant tank, controller, magnesium and etc.
