Basic information of U Pipe Solar Collector
U Pipe Solar collector is a collector designed for balcony.
It is widely used for tall buildings in China.
It combined with building perfectly. The collector consist of
manifold, manifold box, rockwool insulation, U pipe, aluminum fin,
vacuum tube and frame.

Installation
1) It must be installed by qualified person
2) It must be installed on South balcony
3) The design is for horizontal. The tube should be same as
horizontal direction.
The working principle of solar collector is very simple:
1. Solar Absorption:
Solar radiation is absorbed by the evacuated vacuum tubes and
converted into heat.
2. Solar Heat Transfer:
The liquid from manifold will flow into U pipes.
The U pipe is heated inside vacuum tube.
So the liquid will be heated inside U Pipe and back to the
manifold.
3. Solar Energy Storage:
The controller will monitor there is heat energy available when the
liquid was heated and back to manifold.
Then controller will start pump to circulate the energy to water
tank.

Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Actually we think samples are not very important.You can buy
from anywhere.
But we think our goods will better then any others.
Samples will be 10% higher then the cargo.
Q2: Can I add my logo on the Solar water heaters?
A: Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
Q3: How can i get the after-service?
A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused
by us.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you
should pay.
For our range hood motors it is 3-5 years free maintenance.
