3 days on-site complete technical training in our Shenzhen factory
or internet on-line teamviewer via remote control or skype on line
communication,what's more,we have valuable users' manual to guide
for debugging and installing successfully.
Installation Service:
The seller should provide on the spot installation instruction
service for the buyer, including:
A, To check whether the bracket and frame are in conformity with
the technical requirements of the structure scheme the seller
provided
B, To instruct the buyer’s technicians to install the LED module
cases and connection among those cases
C, To experiment and adjust the whole panel, examine and repair the
defective devices, guarantee panel in secure operation.
D, To train the buyer’s technicians.
For spot installation and train in foreign country, the service is
100 usd/day, and the buyer must pay our technician’s living and
traffic fee during the installation period.
