Feature:
1,SJSZ Conical twin screw extruder: using the high efficient
conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC power to ensure
uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature
controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.
2,Mould: spiral type die head can not only ensure high speed
extrusion, but also avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous
plastics and get high quality pipes. There is heating control
system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze
calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.
3,Spraying and cooling tanks: Rapid vacuum calibrating system
allows the hot extruded pipes to be cooled in a very short time and
obtain the final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control
system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly
enhance the pipe sizing and cooling performance as well as the
production speed.

1. This plastic corrugated pipe production line can be used to produce
single-wall or one wall corrugated pipes of PE,PP,PVC,PA
continuously, Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of
high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion,
high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely used in
fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of
machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of
air conditioner and washing machine, etc.
2. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by
our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to
realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products,
which ensures high-speed molding, even corrugation, smooth inner
and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are especially used as
wires of the up-market cars.
3. Double wall corrugated pipe material is PE, inner layer smooth,
outer layer trapezoidal corrugated-size, hollow wall between inner
layer and outer layer. The special design of pipe wall structure
