Brief introduction:
Used for longitudinal circumferential inner/outer seam welding, hold & rotate the job with required speed;

Feature of seam welding rack:

1. Application industries of seam welding rack including wind power, pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipeline, steel structure, boiler, shipbuilding, welding repair industry and so on.
   
2. Roller material is steel wheel. Depends on requirement, for small model seam welding rack, PU roller, rubber & steel frame combination roller is optional.
   
3. Roller center distance could be adjusted by reserved screw holes, so as to suitable for various work piece diameter. Lead screw adjustment is optional.
   
4. Power roller of seam welding rack is driven by double motor. Reducer adopts cycloidal planetary gear reducer or worm reduction gear mode.
   
5. Seam welding rack can joint control with other equipments such as welding manipulator,welding machine, gantry type welding machine and so on.
   
6. Except this conventional seam welding rack, self alignment seam welding rack, vehicle used, tilting and the anti-drift types are also available.
