Description:

The machine is used for bottle beer washing filling sealing for market selling the beer.

It's designed as our customer's bottle and cap sample, the cap is special plastic ring pull aluminum cap,

so the machine is a little different on the cap sealing part, special cap sorter and loader.

We can make the machines as your different bottle volume, the speed is adjustable automatically.

There are two operation ways, manual mode and automatic model, you can transfer it in the PLC touch screen.

Main structure:

-- It's set with18 washing heads, 18 filling heads, 6 sealing heads, bottle washer, filler, sealer and sorter.

-- 2M Bottle inlet conveyor and 4m bottle outlet conveyors for connecting the main machine, the screw rod before washing is set to make the bottles infeeding stable when in high speed filling state.

-- Automatic cap lifter is set here for lifting caps to reduce the labor and improve the efficiency.

-- Professional beer filling valves for filling, banlanced pressure liquid filling tank.

-- Water rinsing pump one set, main motor one set, vacuum pump one set, electric control cabient.
