Description:
Our glass autoclave is equipped with hydraulic pressure
door-opening device. And we also add pressure maintaining and water
exhausting device.
To ensure its safe running,we use safety interlock and if some
emergent cases happen, its sound-light alarm will work and then
operator shall stop and check where the problem is and try to solve
the problem. After everything goes right, the equipment could be
started again.
This glass laminating autoclave is widely used in automotive
industry, aerospace, defense industry, building decoration, etc. It
is equipped with the safety valve, the pressure gauge, the
temperature element and so on.
Glass autoclave is a kind of pressure vessel, which is used for
glass deep-processing. To achieve the safety demands of laminated
glass through the pressure and heat treatment process.
Besides power driven, pneumatic ways to open the door, it also has
the safety interlock. There are heating elements for warming &
forcing and cooling device inside of the autoclave. It will
automatic control and detect the opening and closing doors,
temperature, pressure in autoclave by PLC controller, which is the
glass workpiece precess.
