Description:
Glass autoclave is a kind of pressure vessel, which is used for
glass deep-processing. To achieve the safety demands of laminated
glass through the pressure and heat treatment process, we add
safety interlock and limit block to it, And we altogether have
tripartite precausions to ensure its safe operation and running.
It is widely used in automotive industry, aerospace, defense
industry, building decoration, etc. It is equipped with the safety
valve, the pressure gauge, the temperature element and so on.
Besides power driven, pneumatic ways to open the door, it also has
the safety interlock. There are heating elements for warming &
forcing and cooling device inside of the autoclave. It will
automatic control and detect the opening and closing doors,
temperature, pressure in autoclave by PLC controller, which is the
glass workpiece precess.
Our glass autoclave is equipped with hydraulic pressure
door-opening device;pressure maintaing and water exhausting
devide;electric interlock device and light-sound alarm device. Hand
reducer is equipped with mechanical interlock and could not be
operated when there's no pressure inside the autoclave. Limit block
is equipped to stop the door and after opening it, the door could
be opened.
