The new, recently designed sterilizer was created through careful
selection of materials,
components and technical solutions that ensure durability,
productivity and functional safety
at every moment.
All of our machines are constructed according to a high standard of
reliability and hygiene.
Principle features
• Sterilization chamber made of AISI 316L stainless steel, jacket
and door built in 304 stainless steel.
• High resistance to corrosive attack thanks to the electrolytic
polishing treatment.
• External heating of the chamber (with steam) for 95% of the
surfaces and elimination of cold areas.
• The seal between the chamber and the door is achieved with an
inflatable gasket, completely
eliminating the loss of vacuum/steam.
• Completely dry vacuum pump compatible with high-performance steam
without the use of water.
• Tri-Clamp system for the tubing related to the main systems.
• Reduced weight structure for easy installation, facilitating
positioning on the ground and connection to utilities.
• Easy, intuitive management through a colour, touchscreen
interface.

Main components
Vacuum system: Through a vacuum pump, unibody type, with water ring. The system
is
responsible for the vacuum pulses in the initial conditioning of
the load and in the final drying.
Steam generator: The generator is built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with automatic
supply through
water centrifugal pump. The generator has thermal insulation
through rock wool blanket which is
protected by a safety valve calibrated and sealed in the
operational pressure. The water level is
controlled by a float valve, regulated to indicate high or low
levels which control the water feed
and the safety level, cutting off the power supply of the
resistances in case of lack of water.
