Description

◘ Preset with 6 programs for wrapped item, unwrapped instrument, liquid, B&D test and free setting.
◘ Horizontal sliding door is used for easy operation. Manual operation is available in case of
electric failure.
◘ Silicone rubber gasket is used for airtight sealing.
◘ Open instrument can be flash sterilized in 3 minutes while wrapped items can be sterilized in 10
minutes at 134℃.
◘ LCD touch control screen: 5.7” to display date, temperature, pressure, cycle stages and course
of time against pressure and temperature.
◘ Automatic pressure control system for pressure and vacuum setting which accuracy is
between 0.1psi.
◘ Printer system is used for the record of sterilizing time, sterilizing No., cycle No.,
operator No., temperature set, time set, pressure/vacuum set, maximum & lowest temperature,
actual heating, sterilizing and drying time, total time used and time of open door etc... In case of
out of printing paper, the cycle proceeding will keep on. Heat-sensitive printing paper is used to
print out 19bps ,and there is no ink need.
◘ Inlet air filter cartridge is used for 0.2μm air purge.

Safety devices

A. Cycle will not start in case door is not locked properly.
B. Door can not be opened in case chamber is under pressure.
C. Door mounted with anti-clamp system, door will stop sliding in case foreign object is interrupted.
D. Jacket installed with a safety valve to relief overloaded pressure.
E. LCD control screen displays the malfunction such as low water, steam insufficient, air
insufficient and etc.
F. Piping self-detect system alarms at pressure lose more than 1mmHg per minute.
G. Cycles hold in case of power failure.
H. Parameter of programs can be locked by security code.
