• The self aligning welding roller beds is composed by power rotator, idler rotator & electric control system and so on.
  
• Power rotator is composed by basement, wheel seat, cradle structure, motorized trolley & control cabinet installed on rack attached on the basement.
  
• Wheel drive is using motor-gearbox-wheel directly drive transmission, instead of gear transmission.
  
• Idler rotator is composed by basement, wheel seat, cradle structure & idle trolley system.
  
• Specially formulated high-load polyurethane tire design for high wear resistance.
  
• Cradle structure of 2wheels each. More contacting point with the turning roll job, effectively decrease the deformation situation.
