The J30J series high-density micro rectangular electrical connector is developed for applications requiring compact structure,
lightweight design, and stable electrical interconnection. It meets
GJB2446A requirements, is equivalent to MIL-C-83513, and corresponds to the MDM-type micro rectangular connector
system.
The series is equipped with elastic stranded contacts, commonly
called twist pin contacts. This contact design improves mating stability and helps maintain
reliable electrical performance during operation, transportation,
vibration, and impact. The connector has a dense contact
arrangement with a 1.27 mm horizontal pitch and 1.1 mm row spacing, making it suitable for equipment that needs more circuit
connections in limited installation space.
The connector body uses a metal shielding housing, which provides
mechanical protection and supports stable signal transmission. A
metal rear cover can be added when cable protection, shielding, or
structural reinforcement is required. Contact arrangements are
available in 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 66, 74, 100, and 144 pins, giving engineers multiple options for different wiring densities.
This series can be applied to cable-to-cable, cable-to-PCB, and PCB-to-PCB connection structures. Board-mounted versions can be designed with
tail modifications according to PCB hole spacing. With advantages
in electrical performance, contact density, adaptability, compact
size, and cost efficiency, the J30J series is a practical and
well-balanced micro rectangular connector choice for systems
requiring high reliability, space saving, and durable
interconnection.
