3.Process Capability: For the complex curved structure of the reflector, we utilize scientific Mold Flow Analysis to optimize gating layouts, effectively eliminating surface sink marks or flow lines caused by internal stress, ensuring extreme flatness of the optical reflective surface. The mold cavities are processed via high-precision CNC and mirror polishing to ensure smooth de-molding and flash-free edges. Our expertise in thin-wall injection molding ensures a seamless fit with heat sinks and light sources while optimizing material efficiency.
