Precise Pneumatic-Hydraulic Pressure Control: At its core is a high-performance pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder that delivers smooth, adjustable, and extremely high welding force. The independent speed adjustment of the pressure head allows for progressive application and maintenance of pressure on flexible conductors, effectively preventing material damage and ensuring a thorough, uniform diffusion process.
Ultra-High Precision Guidance & Positioning: The upper electrode moves vertically, guided by ultra-high precision linear guides, achieving micrometer-level repeatability positioning accuracy.
