- 4 dual-action cylinders with movable beam, which rise and fall
quickly to generate opening force, reducing electricity consumption
and preventing hydraulic pressure oil used from getting hot;
- Pneumatic rotating mechanism is adopted to achieve multi-step
deflation;
- Automatic mold forward/backward, or squared axis cantilever hanging
heating platen applicable for rapid left and right feeding and
discharging by adding clamping robot;
- PLC controlled;
- Unit area pressure no less than 45kg/cm² To ensure the density of
the tire-surface
- Multiple options of layer number and tables;
- Hydraulic pressure components and electrical equipment imported or
of local famous brand, to ensure reliable performance.
