WHAT IS QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
A Queue Management system is used to intelligently manage customer
flows, it will help you to improve your service, to organize your
store and to know your business.
Shangxu Queue Management System is a computer appliance with an
embedded web-server that operates your Queue Management. Our system
based on Windows version. This solution has a simple plug and play
configuration and it allows you to create modular configurations of
players through a Master and Slave architecture.
COMPONENTS - EXPLAINED
Our Queue Management System includes:
- A Player or a PC Player connected to infor- mation screens. For the windows version you
can choose your own PC Player with windows
2.A Ticket Dispenser
The installation is very simple with the automatic detection system
over TCP/IP networks. Q-Better has buttons (up to 8 services) and
touchscreen ticket dispensers (unlimited number of services).
3.A QM PAD that is a control console to service counters. This system allows
you to call, cancel and pause the tickets and to get statistics
about the service.
How does it work?
a)Customer selects a service in the ticket dispenser.
b)The ticket can have your company’s name and logo, selected
service, ticket number, etc.
c)Customers look at the screens in the waiting area where your
products and services are promoted.
d)A sound and a visual signal is played when a new customer is
called
e)Ticket number appears on the central or lcd showing the
customer’s desk/cashier number.
f)The customer is served, and the employee calls a new client with
the software terminal.

Calling Pad
Calling Pad is a control console to service counters. It is
included in the system and it can be used in an unlimited number of
service desks.
This system allows you:

Statistics and Dashboard
In the Dashboard you can access real time information in graphs and
tables, such as:

Statistics - This system provides metrics and statistics that allow
the optimization of human resources and the analysis of the
clients:
| Per waiting periods and time of serving;
| Per tickets answered, paused, canceled, rerouted and waiting.
You can check this statistics:
| Daily and between date ranges;
| Per service, operator and desk;
| Comparative graphics.
You can access the Statistics of your queue management system any
time and anywhere remotely. The data in both chart and table format
and can also be exported to XLS format.

Counter Desk Displays
With Shangxu Queue system you can use regular LCD displays as
counter displays. You just need use our all in one LCD counter
display which installed our Q play software. This will allow you to
identify the called tickets and other relevant information per each
desk.
