Structural Features
- Composed of hot plates, plates, platforms, piston stroke,
hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system
- Optional push-pull mold device for easy mold movement
- Plates constructed from welded Q235 steel with mechanical ball
blast rust removal and zinc-rich coating
- Hot plates made from 35# steel with double scale rolling and
automatic steam temperature control
- Platforms using Q235 steel with CO2 gas shielded welding and stress
relief heat treatment
- Hydro-cylinder from ZG270-500 with dual sealing ring and dustproof
ring for extended service life
- PLC automatic control system for mold operations with manual
