1st: Details Instruction:

1. This rubber molding machine is a large device containing a two-way sliding mold vulcanizing machine, large hot plate size and high working hydraulic pressure, and the sliding mode can be two-way movements.

2. The rubber molding machine for the production of large-scale rubber products, the mold can be replaced at any time to produce various rubber products; There are two working layers, high production efficiency.

3. The rubber molding machine composed of frame plate, hot platen, up and down platform, piston, oil cylinder, front and rear sliding mold device, hydraulic station and electric control system etc.

3.1 The plate welding with Q235 steel, through machinery shot blasting, spraying zinc-rich lacquer, rapping into machining to eliminate stress.

3.2 Hot plate is of dual sizing rolls and processing by 45# steel plates through normalization treatment; The steam inlet of each hot plate is provided with a group of electric valves which automatically adjust the temperature of the steam; To meet the vulcanization process requirements, at the front of the intake manifold plus the bypass valve. According to job requires manual (or electric) to switch into the steam / feed water valve, and hydrophobic / bypass valve.

3.3 The up and down the platform is of Q235 steel. In order to ensure the production precision using automatic cutting stock, planer processing of welding groove, carbon dioxide gas shielded arc and welding by alloy welding wire, and after that as a whole into the furnace for heat treatment to completely eliminate welding stress, then machining to ensure not deformed.

3.4 Cylinder using ZG270-500, plunger is of chilled alloy cast iron, sealing structure is double seals plus the combination of a dust ring structure to ensure the long-term use.

3.5 Front and rear sliding mold device using hydraulic sliding or mechanical sliding two ways, can bear any weight of the mold.

3.6 Electric control system adopts PLC full automatic control, can be achieving automatic clamping, open mould, exhaust settings, and can also be converted to manual control.
