Brief Introduction
This product is used for Z-shape stacking of anode, cathode
electrode and separator of pouch cell core. The mechanical arm auto
picks up the material and stacking, auto identifies the single and
double material sheets, auto pulls separator, correction and the
constant tension control, separator auto cutting and ending wind,
auto taping. Fully automatic operation, high stacking efficiency
and precision. Stacking different sizes cores can be realized by
adjusting the clamp, which is very suitable for the production of
cores for lithium-ion batteries.
