The MMG200Q120B6TC is a high-performance Silicon Carbide (SiC) half-bridge power module designed for robust industrial and energy applications. The module exhibits an extremely low on-state resistance (Rds(on)), which minimizes conduction losses, while the fast switching capability of SiC significantly reduces switching losses.
