Production Process
The complete manufacturing workflow includes: PVC powder +
additives → mixing → material feeding → twin screw extrusion →
molding and calibration → vacuum forming → haul-off → cutting →
discharge racking.

conical twin screw extruder ensures homogeneous mixing, superior
plastification, and optimal conveying efficiency. The permanent
magnet synchronous motor delivers high energy efficiency, while the
integrated PLC system enables centralized control of the entire
production line.
Plate Mould System
Features double-strand mold technology for PVC trunking production,
significantly increasing output capacity. Advanced channel design
provides exceptional flow performance, and precision manufacturing
guarantees high-accuracy profile production.
Calibration Table
Constructed with a robust steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel
body, the calibration table incorporates multi-dimensional position
adjustment. Strategic placement of water pumps and vacuum
calibrators ensures rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles, with
sufficient length for complete profile formation.
Haul-off & Cutting System
Even force distribution across caterpillar tracks delivers
consistent hauling power. High-quality rubber components ensure
reliable performance, while pneumatic pressure systems facilitate
easy adjustment and product protection. Customizable cutting
options include swarf-free and saw cutting methods.
