This equipment is suitable for sawing processing of materials such
as acrylic, PVC board, particle board, multi-layer board, medium
dry board, density board, chipboard, artificial stone board,
external wall calcium silicate board, and paperboard. Its main saw
and feeding rack are both guided by linear guides, offering higher
precision. The positioning accuracy is not affected by the
surrounding environment and magnetic fields, ensuring safety and
stability without requiring deliberate maintenance and adjustment
by personnel. Sawing dust is accurately collected, with a dust
collection rate close to 100%.
It no longer uses traditional open dust collection. The robotic arm
structure can achieve a minimum size of 30*50mm. It offers two
control options for sawing speed: servo motor and frequency
converter, providing superior sawing stability. It is equipped with
an online fault detection device; it automatically stops upon fault
occurrence and has an automatic fault detection function to quickly
identify the cause of faults. Visual sawing inspection allows
visual understanding of the sawing status at any time. It is
