Fully automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine
The DORCO fully automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine is
the main inspection equipment for welded pipe production. It adopts
PLC control, and each part of the work process is automatically
completed in sequence, with the function of automatic recording of
test result parameters. The pipe diameter range is from Φ 20 to Φ
3500mm, and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.
Fully automatic flat head chamfering machine
Steel pipe diameter: 20mm -3500mm, among which the flat head
chamfering machine with a diameter range of 60mm -339.7mm is a step
feeding high-speed flat head chamfering machine, suitable for
petroleum casing and ERW welded pipe production enterprises.
Ultrasonic flaw detector:
Take the initiative to alarm and spray marks if there are
shortcomings, and workers adjust parameters accordingly;
The parts with continuous ultrasonic testing marks on the weld seam
shall undergo manual ultrasonic and X-ray re inspection again;
Defects will be repaired and undergo non-destructive testing again
until they are confirmed to be cleared;

hidden welding points of various welded pipes, but also
intelligently analyze the detection results, providing an effective
detection method for achieving the goals of "first pass rate" and
"zero defects".

What payment terms do you accept?
We prefer bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit with order confirmation
and 70% before shipment. Letters of Credit (L/C) are accepted for
orders over $200,000 USD.
What is your warranty policy?
All products carry a one-year warranty from delivery date against
defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear are not
covered.
