Scope of application:
This machine is dedicated to single/multi-color silk screen
printing on container surfaces, with strong adaptability to diverse
container shapes. It works with both common regular shapes (round,
oval, square) and containers with complex irregular structures.
For applicable materials, it covers common container substrates
like plastic, glass, and metal. It is also compatible with various
daily production containers, including cans, bottles, cups, caps,
hard tubes, and other common packaging/functional containers.

pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, baby products, automotive
supplies, cleaning supplies, alcohol products, glass glue, toys,

Machine features:
Built on nearly 30 years of machine design experience and technical
accumulation, this equipment integrates core production functions
(incoming/outgoing material handling, surface treatment, screen
printing, UV curing) for seamless link connection. Its linear
combined module structure supports flexible splicing, enabling an
integrated production line of up to 8 colors.
With precision design & manufacturing (core components selected for
stability), it achieves reliable electromechanical synchronization
and full automation. The human-machine dialogue is easy to
operate—via a clear touch screen for simple parameter adjustment.
It also has a new-style incoming/outgoing material mechanism and
host safety protection (equipped with emergency stop and
anti-collision design) for enhanced safety.
In use, it runs stably and efficiently; quick replacement of
dedicated fixtures allows adaptation to containers of different
shapes. It is easy to operate and saves 2-3 labor compared to
traditional setups.
