► Core Function
The Biocare ECG-300G Mainboard with CPU Board performs the
following core functions:
1. Signal Processing and Interpretation: The mainboard receives raw ECG signals (lead signals) from the
human body's electrodes. The CPU performs digital filtering and
gain adjustment on these signals to eliminate interference (such as
50Hz power frequency interference), resulting in clear and stable
waveforms. This allows for automatic measurement and preliminary
analysis.
2. System Control and Coordination: It integrates multiple controllers, acting like a command center:
- Printer Control: Receives CPU instructions and drives the thermal
printhead to accurately print ECG waveforms and reports.
- Keyboard Control: Scans user commands (such as start, stop, and
speed setting) and transmits them to the CPU.
- LCD Control: Manages the screen display, displaying real-time ECG
waveforms, heart rate, device status, and operation menus.
3. Power and Device Management: The mainboard also manages battery charge, detects paper-out
conditions, and implements automatic shutdown, ensuring stable and
reliable device operation.
