SAFE EFFIENCY INNOVATIVE
- SLS1888 Servo-driven automatic machine for silk-screen printing of
containers in plastic or other materials, having a circular,
elliptical, square or rectangular section with centered or
off-center neck,and it is easy for changing different shapes on
printing section.
- Shape changeover: 30minutes for each machine,from cylindrical
format to elliptical or flat format, can print all around in 360
degree.
- Linear unit structure combination: option of adding up to a total
of eight in-line colors .
- The machine is operated by PLC and touch panel,which is easy to
operate with excellent warning system.
- In-feeding parts includes:in-feeding belt and machine hand for
side-selection.
- The host unit of the machine side-selection driven by servo
motor,rotation for dust-removal of round container and flame
treatment.
- Flame treatment for round,elliptical and rectangle container
- Device for pre-positioning
- Second time positioning for printing.
- Electronic lift for squeegee.
- UV curing by rotating round container driven by stepper motor.
- Electronic UV system: device for adjusting light freely(LED UV
curing system can be as a replacement)

SLS1888 can be configurated with Plasma Treating system, labelling
system, hot-stamping system or UV-LED system as customer's specific
