Applications
SLS1888-IR 5312 CNC Plastic Bottle Servo-Driven IR Brushing Machine
is a fully automatic plastic bottle surface treatment equipment.
Its application range is quite extensive, and it can be used for
surface brushing treatment of various plastic bottles, such as PET
bottles, PE bottles, PP bottles, PVC bottles, etc.
This model is suitable for printing various colors of thermosetting
inks on the surface of plastic round, oval, square bottles and cans
(e.g. feed bottles, water bottles).
The printing function of the machine is servo-driven, allowing easy
360-degree printing through digital control.
The machine is modular, with each module containing independent
screen printing and hot-air surface drying functions, and linear
combination connections for up to an 8-color integrated production
line.
After printing, the finished product enters an oven at a maximum
temperature of 120° and is baked by a robot for 10 minutes for
complete curing.
