stable flatness ≤0.1mm, and Ra1.6 surface roughness (fulfilling
high-gloss demands). Validated by CMM and dynamic balance
detectors, the molds exhibit high rigidity and extended service
life, withstanding high-pressure casting impacts. The surface
layers are peel-resistant and corrosion-proof (passing salt spray
tests), complying with JISH5302 (aluminum), EN1706 (magnesium), and
die-casting industry specs—making them ideal for high-precision
casting in automotive parts and 3C electronics.
