Product Introduction
We specialize in the research, development and manufacturing of
aluminum and magnesium alloy die-casting molds, offering customized
processing for 7 aluminum alloys (including ADC12, ADC10) and 2
magnesium alloys (including AZ91D, AM60B). Our mold production
follows a comprehensive process control system: Design → Mold
Manufacturing → Casting → CNC Machining (if required) → Surface
Treatment → Inspection → Packaging → Delivery, achieving precision
tolerances up to ±0.02mm. For surface treatment, we flexibly apply
over ten techniques including electroplating, chrome plating,
anodizing, and powder coating according to customer requirements.
Certified by ISO9001:2015 and SGS, we employ advanced equipment
such as CMMs and dynamic balancing testers for quality control,
ensuring compliance with international standards like ISO3522-84
and JISH5302:2000. Our die-casting molds feature high machining
accuracy (flatness within 0.1mm), superior strength, excellent
electrical and thermal conductivity, and a surface finish of Ra1.6
without granules, spots, or coating peeling.
