Product Introduction
We specialize in manufacturing aluminum alloy
(ADC12/ADC10/A360/A380/A356/6061/6063) and magnesium alloy
(AZ91D/AM60B) die-casting molds. The full-process workflow includes
"drawing design→mold making→die-casting→CNC precision machining (as
needed)→surface treatment (electroplating/anodizing, etc.)→product
inspection→packaging & delivery". The overall mold tolerance is
controlled within ±0.02mm, flatness ≤0.1mm, and surface roughness
Ra1.6 (after machining). Certified by ISO9001:2015 and SGS. The
molds feature high strength, anti-deformation properties, excellent
thermal/electrical conductivity, and a flawless surface (no
particles, spots, or coating peeling). Salt spray resistance is
verified by salt spray test boxes, complying with international
material and mold standards such as ISO3522-84, ASTMB85-96,
JISH5302:2000, and EN1706:1998..
