Casting Magnesium Aluminum Alloy Mold
Product Introduction
We specialize in producing aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy
die-casting molds. The applicable aluminum alloy materials include
ADC12, ADC10, A360, A380, A356, 6061, 6063, and the magnesium alloy
material is AZ91D, AM60B. Mold production follows a complete
process of "Drawing→Making Mould→Casting→CNC machining (if
needed)→surface treatment→product checking→packing→delivery", with
tolerance accuracy strictly controlled at ±0.02mm. Various surface
treatment solutions are available, such as electroplating, chrome
plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, electrophoresis,
anodization, polishing, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating,
and spray painting. Our company has obtained ISO9001:2015 and SGS
certifications, and is equipped with main testing facilities
including three-dimensional measuring instrument (CMM), salt spray
test box, dynamic balance detector, and pneumatic detection,
ensuring that the molds comply with standards such as ISO3522-84,
ASTMB85-96, JISH5302:2000, and EN1706:1998. These die-casting molds
have advantages of high machining accuracy (flatness within 0.1mm),
high strength, not easy to deform, good electrical and thermal
conductivity, high finish appearance (surface roughness Ra1.6 after
machining), and no granules, no spots, no painting peel off on the
appearance.
