The square downspout pipe is made from 1.2-2.0mm galvanized steel, formed via cold roll forming. Features embossed ribs for added strength and exterior lock edges for tight sealing. Process:

Subsequent stations shape square profiles with precise exterior lock edges. Hydraulic cutter accurately trims lengths. Out table collects finished pipes. This process ensures high precision, structural integrity, and consistent production efficiency.
