1.3 Production Process

Flow Chart: Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding → Roll Former → Hydraulic Punch → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table

Process: This production line forms trapezoidal, IBR, and corrugated panels from metal coils using a stable wall-panel-frame roll former with protected chain drive. After precise forming, the hydraulic cutter ensures clean cuts. The layout supports safety, flexible profile changeovers, and consistent output for roofing applications.
