Precautions for Use
Air Source Requirements: Use dry, clean compressed air. Moisture and impurities can damage
the pneumatic motor and internal precision components. It is
recommended to install a pneumatic triplex (filter, pressure
regulator, and lubricator) at the air intake.
Air Pressure Adjustment: Strictly adjust the operating air pressure according to the
machine nameplate or manual. Excessively low air pressure will
result in loose straps, while excessive air pressure will increase
component wear and even damage the machine.
Regular Maintenance: Regularly lubricate moving parts, inspect the condition of worn
parts (such as friction plates, cutters, and gears), and replace
them promptly.
Safe Operation: When strapping, keep your body and hands away from moving parts
(such as the tension pulley and cutter) to prevent pinching. Wear
necessary labor protection equipment, such as gloves and goggles.
Appropriate Strapping Strap: Use PP strapping tape of the specifications and quality that meet
the machine's requirements. Inferior strapping tape will compromise
strapping and damage the machine.
