Dual air motors for stable operation and a tightening force of up
to 3500- 4500N (approximately 470kg). Easy operation: one-touch tightening and hot-melt cutting for a
secure and aesthetically pleasing joint.
Usage Precautions:
Air Source Requirements------ An air compressor is required to
ensure stable air pressure within the specified range (excessive
pressure can damage components, while excessive pressure can result
in insufficient binding force). It is also recommended to install
an oil-water separator to prevent moisture and oil from entering
the machine.
Strap Compatibility-------Select strapping tape of appropriate
width (usually 12-25mm) and thickness based on the machine model to
avoid tape jams and poor splices caused by excessively thick or
thin straps.
Daily Maintenance-------Regularly clean debris from the cutter and
clamps, apply lubricant (to pneumatic components), and check the
air pipe connections for tightness to extend service life.
Safe Operation------- Wear protective gloves (to avoid scratches
from strapping tape) and keep hands away from the cutter and clamps
during operation. Disconnect the air supply when not in use for
extended periods of time. Clean the machine and store it in a dry
place.
