Structure and Working Principle

The equipment is mainly composed of belt thickener and dewatering machine. After adding coagulant, the sludge will flow into the gravity dewatering section after being fully mixed in the sludge mixer. Under the action of gravity, the sewage will flow into the gravity dewatering section. A large amount of free water in the mud flows out from the gap of the filter belt, enters the water collection tank, and then is guided by the wedge-shaped pre-compression section, so that the sludge is gradually leveled and slightly squeezed for further dehydration, and then enters the S-shaped multi-roller In the pressing section, the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloths and repeatedly squeezed by several spokes of different diameters. At this time, the sludge is sheared and the sludge is further dewatered to form a mud cake. Finally, the sludge is removed by a scraper. The cake is scraped off and transported out, and the upper and lower filter belts are washed and then reused.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
