Application:
1. Lighting Control: It can be used for lighting system control in
offices, shopping malls, hotels and other places. Via the KNX bus, it can independently control 4 to 12 lighting
loads, enabling functions such as on-off control, brightness
adjustment and scene switching for lights in different areas. For example, in an office building, lighting modes for office
areas, meeting rooms, corridors and other regions can be
automatically switched according to different time periods and
usage needs, achieving energy conservation and comfortable lighting
effects.
2. Sunshade Blind Control: It can control the driving devices of
blinds or roller shutters, independently controlling up to 4 blind
or roller shutter motors, and can also switch up to 8 loads via
normally open/normally closed contacts. For instance, in a meeting room of an office building, the lifting
and angle adjustment of blinds can be controlled automatically or
manually according to the sunlight irradiation angle and indoor
light requirements, so as to regulate indoor lighting and
temperature.
3. Heating Control: In the heating systems of residential and
commercial buildings, the SpaceLogic KNX Switch Actuator can be
used to control the on-off of heating equipment, such as electric
heating valves. By cooperating with devices like temperature sensors, it
automatically adjusts the operating status of heating equipment
according to changes in indoor temperature, realizing precise
temperature control and improving energy utilization efficiency.
4. Signal Equipment Control: It can be used to control various
signal devices, such as alarms and indicator lights. In industrial workshops, warehouses and other places, when abnormal
situations occur, the switch actuator is triggered through the KNX
system to control the alarm to emit an alarm signal, and at the
same time light up the corresponding indicator light to remind
staff to handle it in a timely manner.
5. Other Electrical Equipment Control: Beyond the above application
scenarios, this actuator can also be used to control various other
AC loads or three-phase loads of electrical equipment, such as
small electric devices and ventilation equipment. In commercial places, it can control the lights and refrigeration
equipment of display cabinets; in residences, it can control electric curtains, smart home
devices, etc., realizing intelligent centralized control of all
building electrical equipment.
