• This machine is ideal for multi-color IR ink screen printing on plastic bottles of various shapes—including round, oval, and square designs.

• Powered by a digitally controlled servo motor, it enables smooth 360-degree printing and comes equipped with remote management and service capabilities, aligning with Industry 4.0 standards.

• It features electrical components from renowned brands, an intuitive touchscreen, and a PLC control system, ensuring reliable performance.

• With a highly customizable modular structure, the machine can be linearly connected to form a 1-8 color printing system.

• Its standard configuration includes a screen printing module and an IR curing module. For added versatility, it can be connected to independent modules such as hot stamping, labeling, and quality inspection units to create a multi-functional printing solution.

• After printing, products are discharged by a manipulator, arranged in a row, and fed into a constant-temperature drying tunnel to ensure complete ink curing.

Optional Configuration

• Plasma Surface Treatment Function: This function generates low-temperature plasma to clean and activate container surfaces—such as glass perfume bottles and metal jars—efficiently removing impurities and strengthening adhesion for subsequent printing or labeling.
