The roof and wall cladding use insulated sandwich panels (available with EPS, PU, PIR or Rockwool core), providing excellent thermal insulation to maintain stable internal temperatures year-round. This reduces heat stress in summer and minimizes heating needs in winter—critical for animal welfare and energy savings.

Each poultry house is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system (customizable & optional), including axial fans, cooling pads, and automated side curtains or inlet baffles, ensuring consistent airflow, humidity control, and ammonia removal. Optional tunnel ventilation and smart controller integration allow for fully automated climate management based on temperature and humidity sensors.

The interior features an open-span design with no interior columns, maximizing usable space for feeding lines, drinkers, nesting systems, and manure belts. The structure supports easy integration with automated feeding, egg collection, and slurry removal systems.
