Product Description:
The VNP and VEM series pulse valves are core products launched by Mecair , mainly used in the pressure cleaning system of pulse cleaning
bag filters.
VNP series : an electromagnetic pulse valve (commonly known as an integrated
valve) designed with an electromagnetic pilot component and
diaphragm valve. This series of valves adopts aluminum alloy
die-casting valve body and has undergone black anti-corrosion
treatment, which can adapt to harsh industrial environments.
Fasteners such as bolts and screws are made of stainless steel
material, ensuring corrosion resistance and service life.
VEM series : Its pilot component and diaphragm valve are installed
separately, connected in the middle through a nylon tube or metal
gas tube. This separated design provides greater installation
flexibility, especially suitable for complex dust removal systems
that require separate arrangement of control and execution parts.
The VEM series also includes multiple specifications (such as
VEM208, VEM214, etc.).
The working pressure range of VNP and VEM200 series valves is usually 0.5 bar to 7.5 bar (some data shows up to
8 bar), and they can provide fast opening, high flow rate, and easy
installation features. The insulation level of the coil is H level,
and the protection level can reach IP65. Some models also offer
options that comply with explosion-proof standards (such as ATEX),
suitable for hazardous environments.
