- The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of
UVink, hot stamping and other deco- rations on bottles, jars, caps
and other shapes of products, which are made of plastic.metal,glass
and other materials.it not only supports multi-color UV ink screen
printing, which can present rich visual effects from elegant
gradients to strong color contrasts, but also realizes exquisite
hot stamping technology to instantly enhance the texture of
products.
- Plasma Surface Treatment Device (Optional for Container Screen
Printing Machine) As a core optional component of container screen
printing machines, the plasma surface treatment device is mainly
used for preprocessing the container surface before screen printing
operations.
- The machine adopts an integrated turntable design, and the product
won't be scratched.This design completely avoids the positioning
deviation caused by multiple clamping in traditional equipment, so
that the printing accuracy is stably maintained within ±0.1 mm.
Even when printing text and lines as thin as 0.3 mm on curved
surfaces or small parts, they can be clear, coherent and neatly
edged.
- The machine is driven by digital control servo motor to realize
360-degree printing of products, equipped with remote management
and service functions (Industry4.0).
- The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components,PLC
control system, easy-to-use touch screen and wireless tablet
operation, with reliable performance.
