The Normal Temperature Machine is specifically designed for the
preprocessing and postprocessing of various fiber materials, such
as cotton tape, flax, wool, acrylic, man-made fibers, and blended
twisted yarns. It is ideal for small-batch and precision dyeing
tasks, especially where consistent and uniform color penetration is
critical.
Equipped with a precision reverse turning controller, this machine
ensures that dye liquor flows alternately in both directions,
enabling deep and uniform penetration of dye into the yarn or tape,
even in dense or twisted materials.

Its circulating water pump features a multi-speed belt pulley,
allowing operators to adjust flow speeds to accommodate different
types of tapes or twisted yarns, improving overall dyeing
consistency and process adaptability.
When used in series (two or four machines), the system helps reduce
process variability and improves reproducibility, making it highly
suitable for standardized production environments.
