switch and directly connect to the next fiber switch through the
bypass optical switch. Make sure that when one of the fiber
switches is powered off, the other fiber switches can still work
normally.

A: No, doesn't include one power adapter, and need to buy the power
adapter separately. The input voltage is 9V-52VDC.
