Product Description:
Our company has developed an automated production line for ring
rolling machines, optimized for the mass production of 5KG-10KG
forged rings. The core equipment includes a 650KW continuous
induction heating furnace for fast and uniform heating, an
efficient 400T closed press (three station design), and a 250E CNC
ring rolling machine to ensure accuracy. The system has a maximum
production capacity of 240 pieces/hour.
Features:
1. Use a slide table with a single axis robot to grab the bars from
the heating furnace and send them to the upsetting station of the
press;
2. Use a flat four axis robot to transfer workpieces at three
workstations of the press;
3. Single axis robots equipped with ejector devices and transition
tables are used to unload and wait for materials at the three
workstations of the press;
4. Adopting a dual robot mobile platform for automatic loading and
unloading of the ring rolling machine;
5. Use KUKA210 robot for loading, unloading, and palletizing of
ring components;
6. Automation auxiliary equipment: waste conveying installation;
7. Mold cooling and cleaning device;
8. Raw material cooling conveyor line;
9. Stacking pallets, etc.
The system includes functions such as on-site monitoring, real-time
production indicators, and equipment efficiency analysis. Through a
visual dashboard, the on-site status can be easily and clearly
understood.

high demand circular forgings such as wind power equipment bearing
rings, heavy-duty machinery slewing rings, and rail transit wheel
hubs.
