The KSP series is a precision positive displacement
single-component screw valve suitable for high-precision
single-component fluid distribution applications, and can perfectly
distribute low, medium and high viscosity fluids.
Designed for precision, the single-component eccentric screw valve
delivers stable and clean dispensing for demanding applications
such as EV electronics, ECU sealing, and thermal interface bonding.
It handles thick, abrasive, and sensitive materials with ease,
ensuring smooth, drip-free dispensing without shear damage. Whether
used in motor sealing or PCB potting, this valve offers unmatched

Core Advantages
Low shear, low bubble generation
The dispensing process does not cause severe shearing of the
material, and is suitable for colloids that are sensitive to
bubbles or shear (such as thermal conductive glue, UV glue, etc.).
Micro-dispensing is possible, and large flow feeding is also
supported
Depending on the stator model, precise control from micro (<1μL)
to large flow (>10ml/min) can be achieved.
Servo motor drive, high control accuracy
Combined with a high-precision servo system, the dispensing rate
and amount of glue can be flexibly adjusted through the program,
which is convenient for integration with automated production
lines.
Compact structure, easy to maintain
Modular design, easy to disassemble and clean, convenient to
replace the stator and rotor, greatly reducing maintenance costs
