1.Description
Hot air circulation oven is a kind of drying equipment used for

2. Circulation mode and working principle:
This equipment uses a circulating fan to suck the air in the
working room,
suck it into the air duct, pass through the heating element, heat
the air, and
then blow the hot air evenly into the working room from the two
side air
ducts to exchange heat with the workpiece. Then it returns to the
top of
the working room and sucks the top air duct, forming a forced
convection
cycle. This repeated cycle increases the temperature of the working
room.
The structure of this equipment and the principle of hot air
circulation ensure
the temperature uniformity of each area in the oven, eliminating
low-temperature
dead corners and blind spots. The door buckle adopts a lever-type
door buckle.

3. Electrical principle:
The main control meter controls the temperature throughout the
entire process and
controls the temperature in the working room according to the
originally set program.
If the temperature control system fails, causing the working room
temperature to
continue to rise, when the working room temperature rises to the
secondary mechanical
protection setting value, the protection system will immediately
operate, cut off the heating
power supply, and issue an audible and visual alarm prompt.
