Automatic Helium Leak Detector - 1.0E-9 Pa.m³/sec Alarm Rate for Leak Testing

The Automatic Helium Leak Detector is a state-of-the-art device designed for accurately assessing the sealing performance of various objects. By injecting high-purity helium into the test object and leveraging helium's unique properties, it can precisely detect any leakage. Its high sensitivity, with an alarm leak rate of 1.0E-9 Pa.m³/sec, ensures that even the slightest leaks are identified. This detector is capable of simultaneously testing multiple stations, with 3 stations available and each station able to handle 2 parts at once. If only one part is present, the unused copper tube hole can be sealed with a plug.

Installation of this equipment requires trained professionals. The main power supply demands a three-phase 5-wire 380VAC with 5KW power and an air switch installed at a height of ≥1.5M from the ground and within ≤2M from the equipment's main unit. For the gas supply, at least 1 bottle of 40 liters, 12MPa bottled helium with a 0.6MPa pressure reducing valve is needed, along with bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) having a 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve and clean compressed air with a pressure of ≥0.55MPa and a 1/2″ ball valve. All gas supply interfaces should be within ≤1M from the machine's placement position. Additionally, an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter of ≥3/4″ and an interface within ≤1M from the machine is required.
