1. Introduction

The non-solid pin tester is designed according to IEC60320-1 figure 2. It is applied to check the mechanical strength of non-solid pins of appliance inlet / plug connector.

A force of 100N is exerted on the pin which is supported on the apparatus, for 1min in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the pin, by mean of a steel rod have a diameter of 4.8mm, the axis of which is also at right angles to the axis of the pin. After the test, there shall be no significant alteration in the shape of the pin.

1). Can you provide third-lab calibration certificate for the non-solid pins tester?

Answer: Yes, it can be deliveried with the third-lab calibration certificate authorized by ISO17025, but the cost is additional.

Answer: Yes, it can.

Answer: The frame is made of aluminum, and the mass is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
