Servo Auger Filling Station

• Equipped with a nitrogen flushing feature within the 10L transparent hopper for enhanced visibility; powered by a renowned Schneider servo motor for auger filling.

• Utilizes a tuning fork-type level sensor for automated stuff feeding control.

Coffee Filling with Nitrogen Flushing

• Automatically vacuum suction and convey coffee powder during the filling process.
• Auger filling is precisely controlled by a servo motor.
• Incorporates a nitrogen filling system to flush nitrogen from empty capsules to the heat seal station.

Capsule Sealing System

• Automatically picks and positions lids for sealing.
• Utilizes Omron brand technology for automatic heat sealing, line sealing, and flat sealing.
