Product Introduction
Principle and Process: This helium leak testing equipment, based on the principle of
using helium as a tracer gas, seals and separates the two sides of
the battery end cover. Helium surrounds one side, and the leak
detector captures helium signals from the evacuated side of the end
cover to determine the overall leakage condition between the two
sides, especially focusing on whether there is leakage between the
terminal wire passing through the end cover and the end cover
itself.

Automation Technology: Adopts process automation, integrating process equipment with
electrical automatic control technology. The workpiece inspection
process is fully automated with PLC and touch screen control.
Operators only need to perform simple workpiece installation and
unloading.
PLC-controlled Process: Compared to the customer's original equipment, it eliminates the
need for operators to judge the results of each process step. The
PLC program automatically judges the results of the previous step
and executes the next step according to preset conditions, saving
labor and replacing human judgment and execution.
